Founded in 1967 by Late Professor Ramji Lal Kumar, Doctorate in Civil Laws, RLK Legals is an exclusive litigation law firm which operates on Pan India level through its associate offices and its Head Office in Meerut, UP.
Mr. Vivek Kumar is the current head of RLK Legals. He completed his Law degree in 1995 from Meerut University and has been with the firm ever since. With almost 3 decades of experience in litigation, Mr. Kumar represents various companies, politicians, and organizations before different courts, tribunals, and commissions. Over the past 2 decades, he has developed a niche in representing borrowers before the Debt Recovery Tribunals and National Company Law Tribunals.
He has served as the Regional Editor of the Debt Recovery Tribunal Cases Journal and authored several articles on banking, recovery, and consumer protection. In 2018, he was awarded by the then Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat, for Best Legal Practice. Mr. Kumar has been invited as a guest speaker in various law colleges and has served as a Chief Guest.
RLK Legals Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the firm, was set up by Mr. Kumar in memory of our Late Founder to give back to the community, focusing on uplifting and supporting the legal community and law students.
